Plat Maps
Each of the four sections of River Gardens has its own Plat Map. Links to the Plat Maps are available at the bottom of this page. We provide two ways to help you determine a property's section:
1 - A color-coded MAP of the four sections of River Gardens, including properties in both HOAs.
2 - A color-coded LIST of the four sections of River Gardens, showing which addresses are within each section.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- In the Original Section and the First Addition, the developer re-subdivided the originally platted lots before their initial sale. That is, some of the lots were created from portions of two or more of the original lots. Each property the developer created by re-subdividing the original lots is considered a single lot under the covenants; the owner(s) of the re-subdivided property pay one assessment and have one vote.
- None of the lots in the Second Addition have been re-subdivided; the lots on the Plat Map match the lots that were sold.
- Some property owners bought two adjacent lots and had them combined at the tax assessor's office. The owner-initiated action of combining two lots into one does not change the owner's rights or obligations under the covenants; the owner of the combined property continues to pay two assessments and has two votes.
