Board Meetings

 

 

In 2026, the RGA board will hold its regular meetings at 4:30 p.m. at 3431 River Gardens Circle, Pensacola, FL, on Mondays, as follows:  2/2, 5/4, 8/3, & 11/2. The board will also meet on Tuesday, 10/6, immediately after and at the same location as the annual membership meeting. The annual membership meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2025, at St. Luke United Methodist Church, 1394 E. 9 Mile Rd, Pensacola, FL. (See the "Notices" tab at the top of this page and select "Annual Membership Meeting" from the drop-down menu for more information on that meeting.)

 

All members of RGA are invited to attend board meetings. Guests may also be allowed, at the discretion of the President. Please let the President know if you'd like to attend so that arrangements can be made for seating, and tell the President if you need special accommodations or want to bring a guest. The agenda for the October 2026 Board meeting, immediately following the Annual Membership Meeting, is:

2. Secretary - Approval of minutes
3. Members' comments
4. President's report
5. Election of officers
6. Committee appointments & work assignments
7. Set meeting schedule for 2027
8. Old business
9. New business, which will include considering our level of legal services for 2027.
