RGA Budgets

The budgets for River Gardens Association, Inc., are shown below. The 2026 column is not yet on the chart, but it is identical to the 2025 column.

Note:  Some line items from earlier years were grouped differently than they were originally presented. This was done in order to have those items grouped into the currently used categories.

 

As the figures above show, the primary factor driving increased expenses over the entire period is the provision of security services (Deputy Patrols). The factor contributing most to the rising expenses in 2025 was the addition of the state-mandated requirements for this website and for board member training. The chart above does not yet show the 2026 budget, which is the same as the 2025 budget.
