COVENANTS

Each of the four sections of River Gardens has its own set of covenants. To review the covenants that apply to a property, you must know in which section that property lies. We provide two ways to help you determine a property's section:
 
1 - A color-coded MAP of the four sections of River Gardens, including properties in both HOAs.
 
2 - A color-coded LIST of the four sections of River Gardens, showing which addresses are within each section.

RGA  To ensure the validity of the covenants for all three sections of RGA for the next thirty years (through February 2055), they were revitalized in February 2025. Covenants for each section of RGA are linked below. The current covenants are at the top of each group, with the covenants they replaced immediately below. The covenants at the bottom of each group are the original covenants for that section.
