Annual Membership Meeting

The RGA Annual Membership Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. While subject to change, the current plans are to hold the meeting at St. Luke United Methodist Church, 1394 E. 9 Mile Rd, Pensacola, FL, and to serve a meal before the meeting, at 5:30 p.m. No reservations are needed to attend the meeting.
 
Because we buy food based on the number of people who say they are eating, an RSVP is required for the meal. If we do not hear from you that you are coming, do not expect to be able to eat! (You will be placed at the end of the line and will be served only if enough food is available.)
 
The agenda for this meeting is:
  1. Call to Order, Establishment of Quorum, Opening Comments
  2. Members’ Comments
  3. Approval of Minutes
  4. President's Report
  5. Reports from Board members
  6. Vote by Members of the Second Addition only, on amending their covenants to address short-term rentals.
  7. Vote for 2027 Directors (four Directors' terms end this year)
  8. Financial Report and Dues Approval
  9. Old Business
  10. New Business
  11. Announce 2027 Directors
  12. Adjournment
All Members are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.  Non-Member guests may also be allowed, at the discretion of the President.
